Shipping Policy

All FootballPrintz items are made to order. Each print, canvas, phone case, garment, mug, keyring and mouse pad is produced individually once you place your order, so please allow for production time in addition to delivery time.

Production time

Orders are typically produced within 2 to 5 business days. Apparel and framed or canvas wall art can take slightly longer during busy periods. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our production partner.

Delivery times and costs

We ship across the UK, to Europe and internationally. Delivery estimates below are in addition to production time.

  • UK Standard: 3 to 5 business days
  • UK Express: 1 to 2 business days
  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days
  • Rest of world: 10 to 21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your basket.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Multiple item orders

Because different products are made at different production facilities, orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are not charged extra for this. If part of your order has arrived and the rest has not within the expected window, please get in touch.

Digital downloads

Digital products are delivered by email immediately after purchase and incur no delivery charge. If your download link does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Customs, duties and import charges

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot reroute an order once it has entered production, and parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address may require a reshipping charge.

Delayed or lost orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at footballpritnz@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with our delivery partner. Orders confirmed lost in transit will be replaced or refunded in full.
